Celebrating Culture and Community at Dallas International Night Market 2024

The University of Texas at Dallas International Center recently had the pleasure of participating in the Dallas International Night Market 2024, an event that brought together the rich cultural diversity of our city through an evening of food, music, and shopping. Held at 5580 Peterson Ln, the night market featured a lively mix of international cuisine, live performances, and an array of handcrafted goods that represented cultures from around the world.

The International Center’s presence at the market provided a fantastic opportunity to connect with the local community, showcasing the vibrant diversity and global outreach of UT Dallas. Visitors to our booth had the chance to learn about the various programs and services offered by the International Center, reinforcing our commitment to celebrating multiculturalism and engaging with communities beyond the campus.

“The Dallas International Night Market has become a special event to celebrate the diversity of our city through food, shopping, music, and dance,” said District 11 Council Member Jaynie Schultz. “The inclusive environment encourages individuals to celebrate their unique heritages and unite through cuisine, performances, and support for local small businesses.”
